Cancellation and refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancelation conditions:

1. Any cancellation forty-eight (48) hours or more,  prior to the arrival date will be free of charge, except for non-refundable offers.

2. Cancellations made between forty-eight (48) and twenty-four (24) hours before the arrival date carry a ten percent (10%) charge of the total reservation.

3. Cancellations received less than twenty-four (24) hours before the arrival date will be charged one (1) night of accommodation as a “no show”. This charge will be made the same if you left early

4. In specific cases of reservations of three or more rooms under the same name, free cancellation could be made up to 5 days before. After that moment, the cancellation will be subject to a charge of one (1) night for each of the reserved rooms.
    

Any incurred expenses  due to cancellations will be charged against the credit card used and provided to guarantee the reservation.

In case of no-show at the hotel, we will charge you the full amount of your reservation.

REFUND POLICY:

Reimbursements of the accrued amounts  according to the cancellation conditions outlined above, will be processed by the hotel as soon as the client communicates their wish to cancel to info@vicentehome.es

The terms in which the refunds will be paid , will depend on the type of card and the specific conditions that the client has agreed with their bank. For further information on these deadlines, please contact your bank.
